CONSTRUCTION & EXECUTION GROUP LEADER

As the Group Head of the Construction & Execution Group, your mission is to lead field execution aspect of the project in coordination with the Planning & Engineering Group. Your goal is to develop the Civil & Operation Team, Project Reporting & Admin Team, and Stakeholder Engagement team to ensure smooth field delivery of the Project. 

General Credential

This is a Senior Management position, and candidate must demonstrate track record in leadership. This role is suited for a people person, with strong ability to influence and encourage others to give out their very best. You must also be a highly energetic individual, yet sensible and mature in handling challenges coming to you. 

As a leader you must lead by example through discipline, commitment to goal, open discussions and providing clear prioritisation to your team members. You are also responsible to ensure that corporate culture continue to be propagated throughout your team.

Your technical capacity are important too, you are a well rounded individual who must posses knowledge and understanding in:

(a)  construction management;

(b)  understanding of health & safety procedure;

(c)  the development of effective and applicable procedure

(d)  effective and corporate communications

Job Summary

Involve since early stage of the project, your goal is build, train and shepherd these early teams into prudent and capable production team. 

 

Before the Project enters into commercial operation, your team focuses on the following:

  • to planning design and construction of landfill capacity sufficient for purpose of Project.

  • operate the landfill to the highest possible standard allowable within budget, and ensure environmental and legal compliance are adheres

  • work side-by-side together with compliance team to develop efficient monitoring and operational procedure

  • ensuring conducive operating environment on the ground though mediation with existing stakeholders, community engagements, and cooperation.

  • ensuring  strong team work through coordination with technical agencies and the supervisory consultants. 

 

Once the Project enters into commercial operation, your group shall evolve into an agile production team ensuring professional and reliable waste management services and power productions to cater for dynamic and changing operational conditions.

You role supports the Director of Planning and Construction to ensure timely and quality execution of the Project.

Pre-Requisites

 

  • Oligo puts no limit for age group, but you will be leading a team of young, bright, and energetic engineer, and you must demonstrate ability to relate to this team. As consequence, you must be comfortable in working in the digital environment – where adaptation is an everyday requirement.

  • At minimum, you must have been a working in a challenging construction project for at least 5 years in the past.

  • You must have an engineering or Master degree (civil, electrical, or geology) from the top technical colleges in Indonesia or overseas. An additional commercial degree or professional certification on top of the technical degree is an advantage.

  • You must enjoy working in the outdoor or in an operational settings, taking regular inspection, talking to field operator, and a creative problem solver.
